Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our zero-retention security model, TY2026 deterministic math engine, and pricing.
When you upload a tax document (such as a W-2 PDF or JPEG), it is streamed directly into an isolated, temporary volatile memory (RAM) container. Our OCR parser reads the required numeric fields (Box 1, Box 2, employer EIN, etc.) and generates an envelope-encrypted data token.
The moment tokenization finishes, the raw document binary in RAM is overwritten with zeros (0x00) and destroyed. No files are ever written to hard drives or S3/GCS buckets.
